My personal story has inspired me to start a health revolution.
I have a dedication for helping people, whether adults, children or teenagers, to achieve a more balanced and healthy living.
I myself have been on a journey of profound health transformation that has helped me to achieve greater health and happiness.
I know the feeling of being in pain, exhausted and unwell, even when other people around you tell you that you look very well.
Having been through these experiences and health struggles myself, I understand you.
When my health suffered, several years ago, my biggest frustration was the inability to find out and understand the root cause of my poor health. Nobody was able to “put the puzzle together” and explain why I was unwell.
This frustration gave me the determination to research deeper into mechanisms of health and disease, study further to expand my knowledge and skills, to help myself as well as other people that, like me, were in pain or unable to find a solution to their health issues.
It is my dedication to treat, educate, inspire and empower people just like you, so you can feel your best.
My large and continuous studies, combined with my large clinical and personal experiences, have helped me to develop a unique diagnostic and treatment approach. My treatment method takes into account and addresses, aspects of your lifestyle and all your body systems : musculoskeletal (bones, ligaments, muscles…), visceral (organs, arteries, vessels….), hormonal, immunological, emotional etc.. to name a few.
My treatment approach is centered around you and my aim is to give you long lasting health benefits that go beyond simple pain relief. I want you to gain a better overall health.
I spend time listening to your health issues and needs, struggles and stories, and how I can support you through your health journey.
I love to see people getting better and regaining their health!
My professional story
I am never satisfied with what I know; I am an avid and passionate learner.
I am a qualified Osteopath, registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
I started my professional journey at the European School of Osteopathy where I graduated. Since then, I have had a large postgraduate training in the fields of visceral, cranial, pediatric Osteopathy, functional nutrition and functional medicine.
I took a year off my work to immerse myself in the study of human anatomy, neuroanatomy and embryology at the University of Edinburgh where I gained a Master Degree in Human Anatomy. Studying and performing human cadaveric dissection has been an amazing learning and transformative experience. The year of intense studies has not only improved my knowledge and understanding of the human body, but also taught me that the body and life we are given are precious gifts and privileges.
I am a qualified yoga teacher, I studied Yoga and Indian Philosophy at Kayvalyadhama Yoga Institute in India, where I lived for one year and gained a diploma in Yoga Education.
The ancient yogi wisdom and principles are with me all the time and help me enormously in my life and work.
