How my Integrated Method Works
Listening First
Every journey begins with careful listening. I take time to understand your health history, lifestyle, diet, stress patterns, and physical symptoms. This holistic view helps identify the factors influencing your health—both seen and unseen.
Functional Medicine: Finding the Root Cause
Through functional medicine, I explore how nutrition, hormones, gut health, immune regulation, detoxification, emotions and lifestyle interact to shape your overall wellbeing. By addressing these underlying contributors, i create personalized strategies that help your body regain health from the inside out.
When necessary, I use lab testing to help illuminate underlying causes.

Osteopathy: Supporting the Body’s Structure
Osteopathy works through gentle, hands-on techniques to release tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation. By restoring structural balance, the body can function more efficiently and respond better to internal and external stressors.
Kinesiology
Autonomic nervous system and Muscle testing-based diagnostics reveal stress patterns, intolerances, energy disruptions, biochemical and functional weaknesses, guiding customized treatment plans.
A Personalized, Integrative Approach
Each discipline works together to support deeper, lasting results.
Combining these three disciplines allows us to work on both the internal and physical aspects of your health. Treatment is tailored to you, addressing the unique ways your body carries stress, tension, or imbalance. The goal is not just symptom relief, but long-lasting wellbeing and root-cause healing.
